Pajić Winery
Pajić Winery was established on land familiar with the vine, in the village of Bukvik. On this land, the grapevine has absorbed both the richness and the austerity of the soil, the history, and the character of the people who live with and from the land — and transformed it into wine that tells its own symbolic story. The winery is designed in such a way that it blends completely with nature, creating a particularly relaxing atmosphere that the winery radiates.
The story of Pajić wine begins in 2013. That year, the Pajić family planted their first 1.5 hectares of vineyards with the following grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, and Chardonnay. When the first 5,000 bottles of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc were bottled in 2017, the winery officially made its mark on the wine map.
Pajić Winery continues to invest in expanding its capacities and each year records an increasing number of visitors, who, in addition to enjoying good wine and delicious food, are also drawn by the uniquely beautiful natural surroundings in which the winery is located.
