Pajić Winery was established on land known for its vineyards, in the village of Bukvik. Here, the vine has absorbed both the richness and the harshness of the soil, as well as the history and character of the people who live with and from the land – transforming it all into wine that tells its own symbolic story. The winery is designed to blend seamlessly with nature, creating a uniquely relaxing and inviting atmosphere.
The story of Pajić wines began in 2013, when the Pajić family planted their first 1.5 hectares of vineyards, cultivating varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Chardonnay. In 2017, with the bottling of the first 5,000 bottles of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, the winery officially found its place on the wine map.
Pajić Winery continues to invest in expanding its capacities, welcoming an increasing number of visitors each year. In addition to quality wines and delicious food, guests are drawn by the winery’s beautiful natural setting, which makes every visit a special experience.
