The building complex of the old parish church and the old house of the Parish of St. Francis of Assisi is located in Zovik on a natural elevation of 2,245 meters above sea level. The building complex consists of: the old parish church and the old parish house, as well as movable heritage that includes five sculptures, the main altar, the baptistery and the confessional; as well as the buildings of the new church, the new parish office, a building with a hall for religious education and other auxiliary buildings.

Construction of the church in Zovik, measuring 35 x 18 meters, began in 1856. year, but was not completed due to lack of financial resources. The old church was built in 1890. year, and the old parish house in 1902. years. No information is available on who the builders were.

In the period from 1982 until 1986 a new parish house was built in 1977, while the hall for religious education was built in 1977 and expanded in 2010. years.
