Participation in the 46th International Tourism Fair in Belgrade
The Tourist Organization of the Brčko District of BiH had the honor and privilege to participate in the prestigious 46th International Tourism Fair in Belgrade, which was held from 20 to 23 February 2025. This international event brought together over 450 exhibitors, tourism professionals, organizations, entrepreneurs and media representatives from all over the world, providing an exceptional opportunity to promote tourist destinations.
Participation in the fair was extremely important for increasing the visibility of the Brčko District of BiH, and strengthening cooperation with neighboring and international tourism organizations.
The Tourism Fair in Belgrade was a perfect opportunity to present the Brčko District of BiH, and our stand, which was original and carefully designed, attracted special attention. Located in a secluded location, the stand of the Tourist Organization of the Brčko District of BiH was among the most prominent at the fair, as confirmed by the high attendance and positive reactions of visitors.
By signing a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Tourist Organization of Bijeljina, we agreed on and implemented a joint program with the aim of presenting the gastronomic offer of Posavina and Semberija. This joint performance, which lasted two hours on the second day of the fair, aimed to strengthen mutual cooperation, promote tourism potential and increase the recognition of these two cities, through the rich and diverse gastronomic offer that characterizes our regions.
During the fair, representatives of the Tourist Organization of the Brčko District of BiH had a number of productive meetings and discussions with key people from the tourism sector, which contributes to improving the promotion of the Brčko District of BiH and creating new business opportunities.
We were supported by partners from the hospitality sector, the “Jelena” hotel, the “Pajić” winery, the “Divanhana” restaurant and the “Milijada” ethno household. We extend our deepest gratitude to them.
