Kočić House is located in the Kolobara neighbourhood. It was built by the well-known merchant Alija Kučukalić, who moved to Brčko from Čačak (Serbia) between 1890 and 1907. In typological terms, the house corresponds to an Austro-Hungarian villa, constructed in an eclectic Pseudo-Moorish style. This architectural expression is characterised by the use of rich ornamentation and decorative plastic elements on the façades, drawing inspiration primarily from North Africa and Spain during the Moorish period.

Kočić House was built as a detached property, set within a garden with tall trees and flowers. The building measures 12.00 × 14.30 metres and comprises a ground floor and first floor. The primary structural elements are masonry walls, constructed of brick with a thickness of 50 cm, while the floor structure is made of timber. The staircase is made of stone, with an iron railing. The roof is a steep hipped roof, with a pitch of over 35 degrees, of traditional timber construction and covered with tiles.

The villa comprises two four-room flats with identical layouts. One of the rooms was arranged as a salon, furnished with rich carpets, polished mirrors, satin upholstery and gilded furniture.

Kočić House has been declared a National Monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The exterior of the building was renovated in 2022.
